Polished Concrete Flooring
Mirror-gloss concrete with zero waxing — polished once, beautiful for decades
Polished concrete doesn't coat the floor — it refines it. Through a multi-stage process of diamond grinding, densifier treatment, and progressively finer polishing, we transform a raw concrete slab into a dense, mirror-like surface that reflects light, resists staining, and never requires waxing. It's the preferred floor for architects, designers, and facility managers who want durability without compromise.
Why Choose Our Polished Concrete
Zero Maintenance Waxing
Polished concrete never needs waxing or recoating — the finish is mechanically achieved, not chemical-dependent.
Reflects Light, Reduces Energy
A high-gloss polished floor can measurably increase ambient light levels, reducing artificial lighting needs.
Densifier-Treated for Life
Lithium silicate densifier chemically hardens the concrete surface, increasing abrasion resistance permanently.
LEED & Sustainable
No coatings, no VOCs, no replacement cycles — polished concrete qualifies for LEED credit in commercial projects.
The Polished Concrete Process
Coarse Grinding (Grit 30–80)
Removes surface irregularities, old coatings, and laitance. Establishes the base profile.
Crack & Joint Repair
Spalls, pits, and surface defects are filled with colour-matched filler or left as character marks per client preference.
Densifier Application
Liquid lithium silicate densifier is applied and allowed to react with free calcium in the concrete, hardening the surface.
Progressive Polish (Grit 100–3000)
Progressively finer diamond tooling refines the surface through medium to fine grits until the target gloss level is achieved.
Guard / Stain Protector
A penetrating stain guard is applied as the final step to protect against oils, spills, and foot traffic wear.

Common Questions
Can any concrete floor be polished?
Most concrete floors can be polished, but aggregate content, hardness, and existing damage affect the final result. We assess the slab before quoting to confirm polishability.
What gloss level should I choose?
We offer gloss levels from 400 (satin/matte) to 3000 (mirror gloss). Retail and commercial spaces typically choose 800–1500. Residential spaces often prefer 400–800 for a warmer look.
How do you maintain a polished concrete floor?
Sweep regularly, damp mop with a neutral pH cleaner, and reapply stain guard annually in high-traffic areas. No waxing, no stripping, no recoating required.
